Engagement Fee - $3,300 (Including GST) This gets our search team off and running, and is deductible against the success fee when your property is secured.

Success Fee - 2.2% (Including GST) of the purchase price of your property. This is only payable upon exchange, which means you’ve successfully found a place and price you love.
