Extensive Research: Using this “Buyer’s Brief” we undertake extensive research to match your purchasing criteria with properties for sale. We contact selling agents in the target area and search for properties that are both advertised and not advertised on the open market (off market). We deflect all the stress of dealing with real estate agents and cut through the sales speak to find properties that best suit your brief.

Shortlist Presented: We narrow down this research to a shortlist of suitable properties that meet your needs and email these to you. We aim to streamline the process of searching so we are only inspecting properties that most closely match your requirements. For investors, we can provide additional indicative data on why a specific area and property best suits your investment.

Physical Inspections: Once we have compiled a shortlist and obtained your feedback on suitability, we then arrange a private inspection for a time that is convenient for you.
